my valentine(s).

I have a pretty amazing life.  The other night I was busy doing the dishes and when I was done I turned the corner to find this.....

All of my most favorite people lined up in a row, snuggled on the couch together!   It made my heart melt.

On this Valentine's Day, I wanted to share my favorite things about each one of them.

First... my sweetheart.  I love Jeremy because he loves me for me.  He is always there for me.  He works so hard for our family.  He spends time with each one of the kids no matter how tired he is.  He truly cares about that one-on-one time and gets it in no matter what.  He loves deeply and with all of his heart.  He is firm in his testimony and is a righteous priesthood holder.  He is my very best friend. 

Lincoln... I love Lincoln because he is so caring.  He is such a strong spirit in our home.  He is so diligent, so understanding and so willing to help (most of the time).  I love how he tries so hard to be good and set a good example for his siblings.  I love how he is the first person to notice when I need help and will always step in a find a way to be there for me.  He is such a good example to me.

Grace.... I love Gracie because she is passionate.   She is so loveable... always the first to give hugs when I need them.  She is so giving... always writing notes, drawing pictures and making gifts for other people.  I love that she is so girly and lets me do her hair and goes shopping with me.  She is a spunky little fireball sometimes.... but most of the time she is my little sweetheart.

Graham.... I love Graham because he's Graham.  He is one of a kind and I am so grateful that he is mine.  I have learned so much from his easy going attitude.  He is hilarious.  He makes me laugh every single day.  I love that he gets along with everyone.  Whenever he complains (which is rare), all we have to say is, "You can't whine.... you're Graham!"  and he cheers right up.  He is the sweetest little guy.

Jayne.... oh my Jaynie girl.  I am so lucky that I get so spend all day, every day with her!  She is such a light in my life... always happy.... always smiling.  I love how she can cheer me up at any given moment just by looking at me.  She has just the right amount of spunk, sass, and sweetness all rolled into one.   I love her red hair, her curls and the way she carries herself through life.  Joy is the word I would use to describe her.

Peter.... my last little Valentine.  He has become my little friend since he started walking and is always by my side.  I am so in love with him.  I love how excited he gets whenever I open his snack cupboard or he sees his bottle.  He is very animated.  He gives the best hugs.  I love those rare moments when he'll sit on my lap and snuggle with me.  He is such an adorable little buddy.

I am so happy that two of my Valentine's are coming home from Utah today!
