We have these amazing new friends that just moved in (and are staying in ohio forever!) We are so happy and feel that they came here just for us. Lincoln was invited to a birthday party sleepover at their house so we had their little girl over so that she didn't have to do all the boy-ly stuff at her house. She was so adorable. She asked me to braid all of their hair like this so they could have wavy hair in the morning. When I was done she looked at me and said, "I can't wait to go home and tell my mom how amazing you are!" I wanted to keep her. She was so sweet. They posed themselves for all of these pictures....
It was such a fun night! We watched the new Tinkerbell movie and ate chocolate. All that was missing was their other bff (she had strep). Next time!

science museum.
We found a really fun museum 10 minutes from the temple that we can get into for free with our Natural History Museum membership. We were so happy to see that they had a Lego exhibit! The kids were in heaven. We can't wait to go back next month.

daddy time.
While I was in the temple Jeremy let the kids wander around on the grounds and then they went to the park. Somehow Peter ended up in the cage when nobody was looking. I still don't know how his big head fit through those poles!
The kid has a mind of his own lately! They took some awesome tree pictures... I love this sequence of Peter. It really shows his little personality lately...
Lincoln climbed super high.
Always my little poser...
Gracie had them all play school. She was the teacher.
This picture makes me laugh because it is SO Gracie these days. She has a seven year old attitude that drives me crazy on most days. I still love her to bits though.
Jayne took this of the beautiful sky.
Fun on the swings...

new goal.
One of the things I am most thankful for in my life is my testimony of the Gospel. I am so grateful to have a temple that is fairly close to home. We haven't been taking advantage of going to the temple since we moved here and we decided that has to stop. We set a goal to go down once a month, no exceptions. We went this past month and had the best time! Jeremy did the 9am session, we ate lunch, and then I did the noon session. It was heavenly! During my time with the kids we played in the primary room at the Stake Center next door. I taught the older kids how to play MASH. It was way too much fun. When they were tired of being cooped up we went and walked around the temple grounds until Jeremy was finished.
Peter was so happy to be outside!I came around the corner and they were all sitting down ready for a picture!
They have each recently been given little 'puffball' stuffed animals that have become members of our family. They go pretty much wherever we go. They each wanted to pose with their new friends. Here's Gracie and Isabel.
Peter kept throwing his little zebra behind his head... he's so silly lately.
Lincoln and Puffball.
Graham and Fuzzball.
Jayne and stripey caterpillar.
This is my new favorite picture...
And Peter's done.
Silly pictures!
Sometimes I have to pinch myself... it's hard to believe they are all mine.
Taking a little snooze...
Jayne insisted on this picture...
I'm so thankful for the temple and the chance it gives me to feel so close to my Heavenly Father. We received some pretty big answers to prayer while we were in our individual sessions. I am so grateful for the Holy Ghost and the chance I have to communicate with my Father in heaven through prayer.
Happy Thanksgiving!
