henry.

Henry is growing like a weed!  I can't believe how fast he is changing every day.  He is still pretty small for his age, which I love.  We decided to try rice cereal around 5 months.  He doesn't really care for it.  He thinks he does for a second... and then he spits it out.
I am not very good at the baby food thing.  We usually mix the cereal with the formula to make the formula stretch.  He much prefers it that way.  Gracie is so excited to feed him applesauce on her birthday.  Maybe she can take over feeding him from a spoon.
He is also at the stage that everything goes into his mouth!  I love it when he gets out of the bathtub and the towel immediately goes into his mouth!
He is the biggest drooler I have ever had!  I never had to use bibs with any of my kids.  I made some fun bandanna bibs for him.  They are pretty amazing...
He loves peek-a-boo.  Unless Daddy scares him...
Jeremy made him an nice little outfit.  Gracie was so excited she had to take a picture.
This was the day we began sleep training him.  After several nights of waking up four times with him  (yes... I said four... crazy child).  We decided it was time.  The doctor had mentioned that we could start at around 4 months... but we thought that was too young.  He has done pretty well with it!  He's on his third night now and is nearly there.  I can't handle hearing him cry at all... so Jeremy sleeps on the couch with Henry in the craft room and I stay cozy in my bed upstairs.  Hopefully he'll get it by the end of the week and we can all sleep in the same room together again.
He thinks he's pretty hot stuff holding his bottle all by himself.  He has been weaned from nursing for several weeks now.  It was the easiest wean I've ever done with any of my kids.  He takes the bottle like a champ!
