it's party time!

Gracie's birthday was so much fun.  We made cake pops for her to take to school.  Really easy cake pops that looked more like caramel apples from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
I made her a Lalaloopsy cake.  It looks all fancy but it's really, really simple.  I buy the fondant, I don't make it.  That makes the process so much easier.
She wanted to have a party with all of her friends.  There were seven little ladies that were able to come.  They were greeted at the door and given a little party hat/headband.
Gracie made the cutest little host!
She was kind enough to invite Jayne to her party.  She was thrilled to be included with the big girls.
We made button bracelets as the girls were arriving.   Super easy.
One of Gracie's favorite Lalaloopsies is Crumbs Sugar Cookie.  She has this little apron on that is so cute.  We made each girl one and then they decorated lollipop sugar cookies!  (Thank you to Kristen for making them for me!)
Their finished lollipops!
Next we made Button, Button Who's Got the Button?
Another of her favorite Lalaloopsies is Dot Splatter Splash.  She's an artist.
Each girl made their own button creation on a canvas.  I put the buttons on gluedots and the girls went to town.  They turned out pretty cute.
Cake time!
Make a wish!
Present time!
Jayne was so excited to give her the Lalaloopsy pillow we found for her!
After she had opened all of her presents Gracie told me, "My favorite things were the cards!  I want to keep them in a box and save them forever!"
Her friends spoiled her just a little bit....
Gracie gave each of them a little gift, their own mini Lalaloopsy doll.  Jayne was so excited that she gave Grace a giant hug!
All of the party goers!  It was so much fun to have them all there to celebrate Gracie's birthday with us!
