girls night in.

I decided to host a Girls Night In the other night.  Everyone brought yummy treats and we chatted for a bit and then we watched the General Relief Society Meeting.  It was such a fun night. We all wore pajamas and snuggled up in my tiny living room together. There is something very powerful about having a large group of women in your home, listening to the messages of our leaders, and feeling the spirit to strongly.  Women are amazing.
I was reminded of my testimony of the Relief Society program.  I have had young women on the brain so much the past few years that I kind of forget how amazing Relief Society is.  I can be thousands of miles away from family and still feel as though I am surrounded by family because of the sisters in my ward.  I know without a doubt that if I ever need anything, I can call any one of them and they will be there in a heartbeat.  I am so thankful for that.

I think I am going to make this an annual tradition.

That looks so fun, good for you. I tried to go see the broadcast at the stake center and I went to the dinner before but then had to get home for an emergency - Jack was poopy and Jacob was freaking out. Haha, Jacob really can change a diaper just fine but Jack was ready for bed and so grumpy and Jacob sounded a little overwhelmed so I decided to just watch it later :)
