The girls have been so excited to grow their hair out and donate it... and then I scheduled an appointment for a trim and they changed their minds. Their hair was getting pretty long, and pretty tangly. Something about having tears every time we sit down to do hair made them want to cut it short again. I am a firm believer in letting them have a say in what their hair looks like (to a certain degree) so off to the hair salon we went.
They were most excited to get their hair washed. It's their favorite part. We went to a new salon recommended by friends and loved loved it. I actually scheduled a spa day for myself... manicure/pedicure/haircut two weeks before the baby is due. I could not be more excited!
Here are my gorgeous girls! Jayne got hers chopped and I don't think she could be cuter if she tried. Gracie got a few inches cut off and opted to keep her bangs instead of growing them out. They are both so photogenic... I wish I had their picture posing skills.
