Our cousins were scheduled to arrive around noon... but ended up getting there just in time for dinner, around 5. It was so good to see them! The kids were in heaven. They love each other so much. I neglected to take very many pictures while they were here. It was pretty cold outside so we stayed in a lot. The kids were off in their own worlds playing together so there wasn't really much to document.
Here they are ready to eat! Between our two families we have 10 kids. It was a fun, crazy, amazing few days. We were cozy... but it didn't feel crowded. I enjoyed them so much.
We got out of the house at least once a day. We took them to the children's museum. After losing two children, I was done... they got to see my anxiety/sleep deprived meltdown. It was fantastic. Peter had fun with this little bottle cap display. One night after all of the kids were in bed and the adults were talking together we heard a rustle in the corner. Jayne had snuck down and had nearly fallen asleep in our blanket bin. It was so funny!
These girls had so much fun playing lalaloopsy, family, and who knows what else. Can you tell they love each other?
I opened the linen closet to find this one day.... scared me half to death! These two are my favorite to watch. They were in their own little world, speaking their own language the entire time they were here.
These two were hilarious because they couldn't remember each others names and just called each other "friend" for four days. It was awesome.
I had the best girl time with Melanie... black friday shopping, talking for hours and just spending every second we could together. And I never took a picture!? So sad. Can't wait for the next visit!
