utah.

Jeremy and I were able to fly to Utah to spend some time with his family after our brother-in-law passed away.  It was such a blessing to have that time with family without our kids.  I took a picture of each of them because I knew it would be really hard to be away from them for five days.  I looked at these pictures every day we were gone.  I love them so much.
It was our first time flying without kids since our honeymoon.  We really enjoyed that flight.  Except the turbulence.  I hate turbulence.
I love looking out the window when you are above the clouds.  Our flight took off before the sun was up so we were able to see the sunrise.  It was so pretty.
I knew we were almost there when I spotted the mountains!  They get me every time.
The day we got there was the day of the life celebration for Ryan.  It was such a nice tribute to him.  I really enjoyed it.
They had different pictures of Ryan on each table.  This one was my very favorite.  I loved how he loved Emily.  They have such an incredible love story.
I was so excited to spend time with the boys.  I have always had my own kids to take care of and have never had the chance to spend so much time with my nieces and nephews.  I had the best time with them.  I think that is why we were there... to spend time with these boys.  It was the highlight of the trip for me.
I begged Max to let me wear his tie all night and he finally let me at the end of the night when he was just done with it.  It looked great on me...
See... he was done.
We got to see baby Jack up close and personal which was heaven.  This kid is just as adorable as they come.  He is the baby that got me baby hungry again.  I can't get enough of this kid.  Even when he looks at me like I am a crazy person.  I am a little crazy....
I noticed Jeremy several times a day in Daddy mode.  I think he missed our kids just a little bit...
One day in the car with baby Jack he showed us all of his tricks.  My favorite was when he would open his mouth super wide for no reason.  There was no sound that came with it... he just likes to open his mouth as wide as he can.
We visited UVU.  Jeremy loves that school.
I was on a mission to get Lily to like me.  It worked.  She did my hair in her beauty salon one day.
We met up with my family one night for dinner.  I kicked myself afterwards for not taking a better picture.  We challenged Jeremy to eat a huge bite of ice cream... I can't remember why.  He said his teeth hurt for days after that.
I was also on a mission to eat sushi.  I managed to get everyone to have lunch together one day.  It was so good.
Baby Jack got super stuck in the stool and wasn't even a little bit happy about it.  I think it was the only time I heard him cry when we were there.
Jeremy had lots of fun with his siblings.  He spent quality time with each one of them.  We played outside for one of the days.  Lots of speed basketball and swinging on the swings for me.  They played football one day too.  I went grocery shopping instead.  It was nice to take the boys to do fun things to keep their spirits up.
I seriously wanted to take this little girl home with me.  She is so stinkin adorable.
We played lots of board games.  A Wilde family tradition.
Not sure what this picture is about... but I love it.
We are so grateful for the time we had with all of them.  It was a wonderful trip.  I already miss them terribly.  It is so hard living so far away from family.

I miss you guys so much! I'm so glad that we had that time together. It was such a hard time so it's nice that we have some good memories from it as well. I'm also so happy that you got to spend time with Jack and that he showed off his personality :) Thanks for saying nice things about him, it means so much to me! Love you.
