A day of fun.

We were basically packed up and needed to be out of the house before we got serious cabin fever.  It's no fun being in a house where all of the toys are packed away for that long.   We ran some errands in the morning to pick up a few things we knew we would need for the new house.  This included a trip to Costco.  We had a lunch of pizza and ice cream while we were there.
Then we headed downtown to the aquarium for the last time.  Our pass is expiring and it just isn't worth it to purchase another one.  We've had fun but its just too pricey for how little there is to see.
Peter had loads of fun this time.  He loved touching the giant tortoises.
This is my favorite fish ever.
He looks so little next to that giant tank.
He kept saying,"look at that giant fish, mom mom!"
Jayne was brave and touched everything she was allowed to.
Everyone waited patiently to touch the sting rays...

They finally swam close to the surface!
How many kids can you fit on a stool?
More waiting... Sometimes the sting rays are stink pots.
I love the big shark tank!  I actually had a nightmare once that Peter fell in there.
Such little posers... Even Petey boo.
We love the tunnel!
"Take a picture of me, mom!"
"And me!"
My little sailors...
This guy would not come to the car when it was over.  He was too afraid to walk down that tiny hill...
We stopped at a playground on the way home.  We used to meet Daddy at this park for lunch during his dental school days.  Talk about a walk down memory lane!
