We have a little chart for weekly after dinner jobs at our house. The kids rotate between clearing the table, emptying the trash, cleaning off the stairs and straightening the living room. Jayne loves to do the trash even though it's the same size she is! She calls herself Santa when she takes it all the way to the garbage cans outside.
