Jeremy got me this new iphone case for my birthday. The picture is a little warped because it came from China... but I still love it!
I got over 30 birthday cards in the mail from friends and family the week of my birthday. I felt so loved! Hands down.... this was my favorite one. I love me some Baby Jack! This is what the car looks like on Thursdays while we wait for Gracie to get out of piano lessons. The boys and I have a good time dancing to some tunes. Lincoln requested a little Muse on this day.
I believe this is a 15 or 16 week shot. I can't keep track.
The kids asked for an impromptu dance party. I obliged.
I got my glasses back after Peter broke them!
How many kids can we fit on Daddy's lap.....
The weather was still so cold for awhile... we decided to bring some Spring inside to help Mother Nature get the picture. It worked!
This is what my house looks like at least once a week. I hate laundry. Having my mom here for a week was so nice because she did it all for me! She helped me realize that doing a little bit each day really is better than doing it all once a week. We'll see if I do it as well as she did.
While getting ready for company and doing some spring cleaning I found an old friend. Now Peter has two Tigers and he is literally in heaven.
Speaking of Peter... he had an awful time in Time Out the other day. Poor little mug face.
Before we headed to Georgia I took these two kiddos to see the doctor. Peter was diagnosed with an ear infection (hooray for magic pink medicine!) and Jayne was diagnosed with "Slapcheek". A harmless rash that was all over her poor little body. We got some strange looks at the grocery store that week.
The weather turned nice and we've been able to do homework outside each day. It's been so fun! Can't wait until we have a fenced in yard and I can send them outside without worrying about them.
While I was in Utah last month my friends made fun wreaths. I've been wanting one ever since. I finally got the stuff and made it happen. I love how it turned out!
Jayne insisted on the leftover flowers. She's such a pretty girl.
Graham decided that sitting on the stair rail is the best place to eat his bedtime snack. He's so funny.
Jayne and her bestie, Eliza. They've been having play dates about once a week with each other. Today they had dance together and Eliza threw up all over Jayne. Jayne told Gracie, "Eliza just loves me so much that she frew up all over me! It was so funny!" Glad she's such a good sport.
It snowed. It's almost May. What the?!
Back to reality after our family left. That was a hard day for all of us.
The kids have started requesting that we walk to/from school each day. It's impossible to do since we pick up a friend each day from a school farther away. I let them walk from the corner of our street instead. It makes both of us happy.
I really really miss having my very own fix it man at my house 24/7. My dad is amazing and will just walk around and fix things when he comes to visit. He made this little shelf for under my laundry chute while he was here. Genius.
Lincoln had state testing this week. It is just about the only time that I make a warm breakfast for my family. Jeremy has told me that he would love it if I did this everyday (like his mom does). I just love my bed too much. I'm horrible. Maybe someday....
I went grocery shopping with Jayne and Peter and came home with all of this extra chocolate....
This little munchkin snuck all of it in the cart without me noticing! She's lucky I love chocolate so much.
Gracie was so excited when she finished coloring her baptism pillowcase from Gramma. What a fun gift!
I took a nap the day after our company left. One in the afternoon and one after dinner. I woke up feeling like a new woman the next morning!
I can't go into JoAnn's without spending at least $50. I'm excited to make a baby quilt for our a friend of mine. And a pillowcase for my giant pregnancy pillow.

That's a lot of catching up but I'm glad you're back to blogging again! Those fabrics sure are cute! We love having family stay too. The in-laws will be coming out in the next few months and we look forward to it.
I'm glad you had such an awesome birthday! Sometimes cards and reminders of friends make all the difference in someone's day/week!
Our house looks like yours, but not once a week. Every day. Ugh. I can't keep up these days and I'm not even expecting! I don't know how you do it, supermom!
That's a darling wreath! Sure wish I had a creative bone in my body!
