Teacher Appreciation.

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week.  My kids have some pretty amazing teachers that don't get the recognition they deserve.... even during Teacher Appreciation Week.  We try to do a little more than the norm for them each year.  Here's the plan for this week:

Monday:  A notepad that says "Remember" on the bottom with a fancy pen (both from Targets Dollar Spot) and a tag that reads:  "I will always remember what an amazing teacher you have been this year!"
Tuesday:  Two small tissue packs.  One of which has a little holder for the tissue (I used fabric scraps and made the pattern up as I went.  There are loads of tutorials on pinterest if you're interested in making one. Sorry I'm lame and didn't make my own tutorial.)  The tag reads: "Bless you for being such an incredible teacher!"
Wednesday:  This is my least favorite one... totally stole it from pinterest because it was easy.  A package of sharpies with a tag that reads: "Thank you for coloring our lives and making us sharpies!"
Thursday:  A purse sized hand sanitizer from bath and body works with a tag that reads: "Hands Down you're the best teacher around!!"  We were going to do big hand soaps... but with nine teachers to shop for we had to stay on the small side.  (each of the kids has two teachers, except for Jayne who has three.)
Friday:  A little 2x3 frame to sit on their desk with the alphabet.  The kids are going to write a personal note to go with these.  I adore how they turned out.
We are so grateful that our children have such amazing teachers!
